Ana Mae and Antonia at the front desk helped me with issues before the trip. The two gentleman who worked the desk while I was there were equally helpful and responsive. All of the staff were friendly and professional. Even the driver that the hotel arranged was exceptional. That alone is a reason to stay here. But in addition, the location is perfect. Close to everything and in the middle of the city. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the terrace where it was served was lovely. The room was very comfortable. We had a superior triple for two people and we had lots of room between our beds plus two chairs and two desk areas. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again

The location cannot be better. We arrived by car and the hotel has a good pick up service. The room was comfortable and spotless clean. The staff gave us good recommendations about what to do in Scilla.
