It makes the job. For this price, don't expect something amazing. If you just look for a bed and a warm shower, then it's fine! The staff is kind. I also could park my bicycle in a safe place and protected from the rain.

I spent only 2 nights in Nagasaki and wish I'd had more time. It is a big city with much to see and do. Our ferry to the coal island was cancelled do to windy weather and we were called and refunded which was nice. We spend a lot of time at the museum and found it very interesting. We went to the port, where we saw the Queen Elizabeth boarding and had lunch at a nice Chinese restaurant very close on the 5th floor - very popular! There is a street for shopping for souvenirs very close too!
Nagasaki has much more than I saw and wish I can go again!

Nagasaki is a city full of history and charm.
Nagasaki is a city full of history and charm. I love the scenic view of Nagasaki port. People here are very warm and friendly, and it's a city full of nostalgic vibe. Besides that, Nagasaki Prefectural Art Museum has very modern and minimalistic architecture style. I like Champon a lot and have it almost everyday during my stay in Nagasaki.

A beautiful city which has unique history of being exposed to other countries, i.e. China, Netherlands, Portugal / Spain, England while the rest of the country was closed. It is also an important witness and victim of the A-bomb.
Don't forget to enjoy the view from Inasa yama.
Also, it offers various food options - shippoku-ryori can be eaten approximately 4000 per person if it is lunch.
We did not get to go to islands and Shimabara etc this time as well as House tembos....
It is a little hard to access by shinkansen now, but it was worth a visit.

The Night View is one of the best I've ever seen (second only to Hong Kong). We went up on the Rope Way, then discovered there was a Slope Car ascent as well--great for a return trip. The Dejima Wharf was a fantastic place to walk. The food in the restaurants around the city was wonderful. The trolley was fun, too.

A short stay like 2 days & 2 nights should be able to cover...
A short stay like 2 days & 2 nights should be able to cover all the major attractions in Nagasaki. Booked a hotel that provides onsen as it will be useful after much walking from one attraction to another. Buy the one-day tram pass and plan the number of attractions you can cover within the day or night... Then, have a good dinner at the Nagasaki Dejima Wharf... very good sashimi and must try the Uni Donburi!
The hotel is within 15 mins walk away from Nagasaki station. The walk is manageable as you need to walk along the malls. The room size is manageable and the breakfast spread is awesome. Free ramen supper as usual. There is also an onsen, massage chair and free ice-pop (PM)/yakult (AM) at the 14th floor. 7-11 is directly located in the same hotel building. U can use your room card to access within the hotel lobby. The hotel is also located near the tram station. Recommend to get day pass to enjoy unlimited rides around the city.
Absolutely lovely hotel. Beautiful, helpful and efficient staff made the stay so smooth and restful.
Huge room. Wonderful food. The most amazing view over Nagasaki and its harbour from the sitting area in our room. Loved it. Also great minibus service to and from hotel to train station (central area); the drivers are amazing. The hill is really something else! Use of onsen at next door sister hotel was very welcome. The onsen at Koyotei is nice and clean but a little small.
The location was easy to find from the Nagasaki Bus Terminal, and the staff was very helpful with the check process (we contacted them via chat and they were very quick with the response). The room completely exceeded our expectations, the beds were spacious and lined with clean beddings, and overall, the atmosphere of the room was very good. If you are looking for a comfortable stay with your family and friends then I most certainly recommend this hotel.
During the Lantern Festival everything is very busy so they recommended we not prepay for breakfast (great tip! Thanks) The parade literally stopped in front of the hotel but you could barely hear the noise so it was great. The room bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The added leg massager was a welcome sight after a day of touring/walking. Check in/out was very easy and they held bags before and after.
With beautiful city views from its best rooms and a top floor onsen, this hotel has a magical setting to relax and enjoy hot spring life in Nagasaki. The buffet dinners and breakfasts are impressive, with quality choices in a well-run restaurant. We also appreciated a voucher for drinks. A great experience, easy to travel to and from the city centre using the free shuttle bus.
We stayed in delux King room and loved everything about this hotel. It's right in front of Nagasaki station and conveniently located for other services. The hotel was only renovated in 2021 and designed with attention to detail. The room we had was beautiful with a good view of Nagasaki, bed was comfortable and provided good amenity. We'll definitely stay here again.
The hotel has a prime location to see the beautiful Nagasaki night lights. We were actually given a free room upgrade because of my name. The shuttle service to and from Nagasaki Station is much appreciated. The rooms are larger then most hotels in Japan, in fact the rooms resemble western style Hotels.
ONLY RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL TO THOSE WHO ARE GOOD AT MANAGING DIGITAL DEVICES!
1. Cooking facilities & dishes were equipped.
2. Located in the city center of Nagasaki.
3. Laundry machine is equipped in the room.
AMAZING. So worth the price. We were so comfortable in every way. Bus stops and trams were very close. Staff was lovely.
Definitely check out the Cafe on the first floor to eat the "Nagasaki Squares." They're amazing.
loved the aesthetic and the amenities--shower and toilet were clean and nice. The cafe below is awesome too! Great breakfast. The bed was comfortable. This is absolutely going to be my go-to lodging for Nagasaki city.
The stay in Nagasaki was amazing. The owners of the Hotel helped us with everything and provided a lovely welcome for us. They also provided a parking place for us and helped us with directions! I would stay again.
The location is wonderful. Access to public transport is close and the hotel is already near many attractions. Restaurant options in the area are also great.
