Sea view from room. Room is big enough to open luggages. Dinner was great with Japanese Italian fusion food, love chef’s creativity. Breakfast serves western and Japanese food. Love their home baked bread.
Location is along the road to Bear Rock and waterfall. We spotted many deers, fox and a black bear when we drove out from hotel before dinner. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was also okay, Toast, marmelade, coffee, Tea and every morning something fresh from the kitchen (Egg, sausage etc.)

The staff were very courteous and friendly. Our room - in particular the bathroom - was spotlessly clean. Dinner was lavish and tasty (even though I am not a fan of seafood, I enjoyed the meals). The coffee was good.

The ryokan is located next to a stream in a valley in the national park. It ticks all the boxes. My tatami room was very comfortable and the outdoor onsen bath next to the stream and the woods was quite magical.
