The hotel location is in a quiet street close to train station, shopping street, and the main tourist attractions. The staff, although not particular fluent in English, was very friendly and eager to help. The hotel buffet was also good. Staff were friendly and great location for the airport. Just one direct train gets you there easily. We didn't have time to use the public bath but it looked clean and lovely - if we ever need an airport hotel again we would come back in time to use it!!! Loads of manga and comfy seating areas too. Lovely hotel.
