I arrived at the hotel 2 hours before check in time completely soaked, hoping I could drop my bags off at least so I could move freely. Having read some of the previous reviews I was a little worried when I booked it but the rooms were spacious for Japan and the facilities were lovely. Enjoyed having the onsen onsite (especially as I have tattoos). Just out of the way enough that it wasn't too busy but easy to get everywhere to see all the sites. Would definitely stay again. The lounge was a complete bonus and exceeded all expectations. Best part was the free clothes washing facilities (with free detergent).
