The staff here are absolutely wonderful, their hospitality heartwarming. The hotel has a wonderful feel of a bygone era. The pool setting and dining area, surrounded by lush greenery, transforms you away from frenetic activity of the world outside. The rooms have a rustic homely feel, and in the heat of summer, the air conditioning was a nice respite when we returned from our excursions. Another stand out was how the staff managed to organise everything we needed in a seamless fashion, from pickup and drop off to the airport, which is now miles away from the city centre, to organising tours and providing us with an amazing tour guide. One of the best places we have stayed in. The staff are definitely the major standout for this Hotel.

Service was very attentive, even with occasional lapse in English - I really appreciated their promptness in responding to our key situation and luggage carrying. We really appreciate the tour and transportation options they have - we booked a transfer to Phnom Penh at very affordable price and great service.

The hotel staff is outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was really good and had a good variety of things to eat. I had a large room that was kept clean. Efficient laundry service when needed.
