Nice new hotel with excellent breakfast and a view to the sea and St Stefan island. Staff is very helpful, cleanliness is beyond reproach. Private beach and private parking are great. Nice bathroom.

The Hospitality of the family that owns the place and particularly Mina is excellent, the location and views of the sea and Sveti Stefan from above, and the pools are lovely and refreshing. The rooms are very comfortable and the air conditioning was much appreciated!

Sveti Stefan is pretty boring place.
Sveti Stefan is pretty boring place. On daytime it is ok with nice beaches and view, but without lot of caffes or restaurants, especially in the evening when you don't have too much places to go. However Budva is 10-15 minutes of driving.

The views and sunsets are amazing.
The views and sunsets are amazing. Some lovely restaurants in Sventi Stefan itself, and a lovely pebbly beach but if you are not staying in the town you do require a car to get around as there are no pavements linking one town to the next and it's a very busy, main road. It is easy to travel by car to other nearby towns and there is a good variety of different beaches to see.

The owner of the property was incredible. She was so nice and hospitable. She gave us great recommendations for places to eat. She offered beach towels and even an umbrella we could use while we were there. The breakfast that is included is at a nearby cafe and was delicious. The view from the patio is breathtaking and the beach is a 10 minute walk, it is stairs though and that was a little tiring, but worth it. The beach is the most beautiful beach I have ever been to. Great place, beautiful beach. Many restaurants in the area. I had an amazing time, especially in september when it was less crowded. You have a bus to move arround and it is close to Budva and Kotor wich are verry beautiful towns.

The balcony had 2 comfortable chairs from which to watch the sunset. We had not expected the room to be so nicely decorated or to have a seating area with lots of space. The shower was good, as was the size of the fridge. Breakfast was good. except for the coffee. We enjoyed the Montenegrin food. The breakfast room has some lovely views too. I love the little balcon with seaview. I think price was good for the service I got. The air conditioning in the room was perfect. Jovan and the other receptionist were vero helpful and friendly. Next to it are burgers and a pizza place that closes early (2 types of pizza on the menu).
