The owners were friendly and extraordinarily helpful. The apartment was flawlessly clean, and just the right size for our group of three. There was extra water in the fridge (although maybe somebody else left it?), as well as fresh towels and extra soap. Also it is located right between the hills and forests of Utuado, and the beaches of Arecibo. The apartment is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. We had all-hours access via the front gate, and it was easy to come and go without (hopefully) disturbing the owners downstairs.
In Mercedita, Ponce, this hotel features an outdoor pool and La Perla Restaurant. Traditional rooms include cable TV with HBO and La Guancha Boardwalk and Beach is 3 miles away.

Location is excellent!!! Pool and room may require mayor cleaning but, overall room was nice in space and pool was big and nice.

Great central location, nice balcony (shared). Liked the lobby, high ceilings, grounds, room, beds. Shower wasn't hot at night but was hot in the morning. Floors are a bit wobbly in spots. They let us do late check out by 1 hour which was appreciated. Would def go back.
