Pitesti is very clean and has everything you need, great beauty & spa services and great access to shops and malls. The forest (Padurea Trivale) is a short walk from the centre and a big beautiful park (Lunga Argesului) is also within walking distance from the centre, people are very nice, respectful and the travel connections (bus) are well thought and can take you everywhere you need. Pitesti it self is not a tourist destination , the city center is not big , but near Pitesti you have some sightseeing as Biserica din Vii-Topoloveni or Muzeul Golesti-Golesti which worth it a visit .

You could access another terrace, but this one specifically was not accessible from the room even though there was a door from another room. The room was also pretty clean.
