We really enjoyed the sauna and the boat (available to rent).
We also had dinner on site (300 sek /person): an appetiser and a main course, but no option to select from, although the lamb was very good!

This was an interesting place to stay. The accommodations were a bit more rustic than we were led to believe (and is not recommended for those with mobility issues.) Casual, including the approach to breakfast (more of a do-it-yourself thing - staples were set out in advance, but otherwise we were told anything in the fridge was for breakfast use). Despite being somewhat rustic and even a little spartan, the rooms were very clean. Loved the horsey atmosphere! It's a beautiful location.

Beautifully located overlooking the lake. Breakfast buffet is very decent and worthwhile. Overall, room prices are quite low and therefor good value for money.

It was very late yesterday that I found out I have to stay one night in Linkoping.
I found this room with a proper price last minute and the host accepted my late check in.I was a little hesitant due to the last negative comment but it was late and I didnt had other alternatives, so I booked it.
I stayed there for one night and I write this comment to say I am really satisfied of the room and services.
The room was very tidy and fresh. All of equipments, furniture and facilities in the room and the kitchen were clean and available just if you ask. Cafe and tea served for breakfast ☺️
I stayed in a double bedroom, bed sheets, towels and sanitary service were pretty clean.
The host lives with his little son in the apartment. She was polit, social, helpful and give me service whenever I needed help.
The apartment is located in a very quiet and nice place, near to the bus station with easy communication. It was my first time in Linköping and she guided me very well and even I borrowed her bicycle.
I think the room was totally comfortable with a reasonable price.
I highly recommended it for those who are looking for a clean room with a reasonable price.
