Beautiful resort with its own private beach. Perfect location for a retreat, to relax or spend time with family and friends. Our bungalow was spacious - two large double rooms with 2 bathrooms and a separate lounge area. Breakfast was good with lots of options and good choice of food from restaurant for lunch and dinner. There were paddle boards and kayaks on the beach to use free of charge which was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return again.

Lipa Noi is beautiful.
Lipa Noi is beautiful. Definitely the more reserved part of the Island but if you want a night out there are a few areas about 20-30 mins away by moped or their Grab car service. One of these areas was Fishermans village about a 30 min moped ride. Tons of Restaurants and shopping right on the beach. Closer ti the resort was the Great area if you prefer a nice mix of relaxation and fun on your vacations People are so friendly and accommodating.AAnonymous - 8.0Scored 8.0

When in Koh Samui stay on the Westside of the Island to experience the wonderful sunsets. In Nathon theres a street food market everyday. You need a motorbike to get around Koh Samui. June Thai food is very good and authentic cuisine, Chill-Inn beach café is nice to hang out. Lipa Lodge is great to stay. Visite the close Na Muang Waterfalls.

We stayed in a great villa at Nikki Beach but I would only stay there again if I was attending the beach club on a Sunday. Food was very disappointing with only 6 Thai dishes on the menu and a very limited choice for dining. The cost was very much higher for everything than other hotel offering much better food, drinks and service. No one at Nikki stood out in a positive way whereas at The Lipa Lodge Beach Resort Resort the food was great, staff were superb especially Peter Pan. Also at the Sea Valley Dada was great. We had a wonderful meal on the beach there too.

Please note, this is an area to chill out. If you are looking for night clubs expect a 45 minute taxi journey and 800 to 1000 batt. Great beach and plenty of reasonably priced restaurants. Take mosquito repellant or buy at the nearest FamilyMart or SevenEleven.

On the good side, it's very quiet.
On the good side, it's very quiet. On the bad side, it's very quiet. It's lovely for a few days but if we'd stayed there longer we would have been bored out of our minds. The location is unbeatable; we had unforgettable sunsets and beautiful breezy mornings every day we were there. Prices of food and drinks tend to me much higher than over in Chaweng, unless you venture a little off the beaten trail to find restaurants that the locals frequent.

Sea Valley Lipa Noi is good basic accomodation, clean, great location & the staff could not have been more helpful. We attended a wedding in a villa a few doors away so ideal location for us! Gorgeous sunset dinner on the beach in front of the resort with live music !!

Easily rented a scooter from him for a few days. great rate. No rush at check out. The cottages are a little old and simple but personally I enjoyed that. I loved the serenity and peace. if you’re not looking for night life or party areas this is the place for you! But still close enough for a quick ride to 7-11, local restaurants, and area around the pier. Sunsets were incredible!

Mostly all you could hear were the waves and birdsong. There was a kettle but no cups/mugs, and a fridge. The nearest 7 Eleven was a 10 minute walk away (you can walk along the road or the beach). Like all places in Samui you’ll have to rent a bike to get around, but the location is a perfect if you want to relax. Hendrik and Waran were amazingly attentive hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. I’d also mention that this place is a BARGAIN, so get it booked before they realise it’s too cheap 🤣🤣.

The rooms are good sizes, great aircon and bed was huge - if a little hard. My bathroom was a good size with the bonus of an outside shower. All in all its nice - a little pricey compared to the neighbouring hotels.

This side of Samui (Lipa Noi) is so quiet compared to Chaweng beach. We arrived a day early which was not a problem and were pleasantly surprised to have our room upgraded as well. If you are into yoga and meditation then you will be well cared for. We were just happy with the relaxing atmosphere. Will be back for sure.
