The hotel is located in a gated community, and this is why, probably, it was very quiet through the night.
The property seems to be new and in a very pristine condition. I would go ahead and speculate it was supposed to be a guest house but was repurposed.
The room was clean and big, the bed was comfortable, and the shades were very dense so I managed to sleep till 10 am which is rare to me even at home.
The staff was very friendly.
WiFi was fast and stable.
The breakfast was fine.
