Nothing - Zero- avoid the horrible staff at this third rate overpriced place. Imperial - oh really!
No lifts, given rooms along way from the the stairs. Two old ladies had to hobble the long way to their distant rooms.

The staff were really helpful. Much as I made the booking a little late and had a late check-in, I got the help I needed to settle in quickly.
The room was BEAUTIFUL, clean, and really comfortable. Hot water ran well with great pressure, there was water and tea available in the room and it had a cute little balcony; it is obvious that these guys pay attention to detail.
I loved the breakfast as well, and the terrace on the top that was available for a chill.
I would say overall, my experience there was good.
What topped it for me was the interior design of the spaces. Nothing I love more than beautiful, well-thought-out spaces.
