The room was huge which for a 4 night trip was really nice. The fridge had a small freezer section that worked wonderfully and the bar had a sperate little sink. The blinds were great and kept the room nice and dark. The bathroom is massive with a tub you could swim in. Lots of walkable restaurants nearby but the hotel breakfast looked amazing if you just wanted to stay in. The pool is short but a simple rectangle that never had kids in it so we were able to swim "laps". The gym was large and had sufficient weights and machines to get in a solid workout. You can easily do your cardio outside the hotel as out back is a lovely neighborhood where I felt totally safe running solo.
This downtown Buffalo, New York hotel is adjacent to the Buffalo Convention Center. The hotel offers 24-hour fitness center and rooms with flat-screen TVs.

Buffalo is definitely a formerly prosperous city with amazing old architecture and parks. We were there in mid-April so the weather was on the verge of Spring but still chilly. It had some quality museums and it was fun driving around the old industrial areas which they are trying to clean up and take advantage of the ols structures. The food scene is probably okay at night but they are still suffering from the pandemic as far as the lunch/brunch scene, at least as far as we could find. Water was all around as it is on Lake Erie and I know the summer it is probably busy with sailing and boating, etc. We were just too early. There were numerous empty marinas waiting for summer.

Buffalo is rich in history and architecture.
Buffalo is rich in history and architecture. The eating places downtown rival any that I have dined in all over the world. The reason for my visit was twofold. My friend and I spent a day at the Albright Knox Art museum. Like the cuisine, the gallery rivals many that I have visited. It was not so large though, that you could not do it justice in one day.
The shopping on day two at Walden Galleria gave us such delight! It was full of bargains.
Buffalo has something for everyone.

Do not miss the Frank Lloyd Wright house or the AKG (Albright Know Gallery art museum) or, of course, Niagara Falls. Walk around...beautiful neighborhoods of well kept large old homes and funky shops everywhere. Appealing shops, excellent restaurants, and affordable!

Buffalo has so much to offer.
Buffalo has so much to offer. From the waterfront with great restaurants, boat charters, and kayaking and canoeing, to the beautiful architecture and interesting museums, the whole city feels alive with wonder and intrigue. It has a little bit of everything - if you want to feel small amidst skyscrapers and disappear into the crowd at a show, downtown is your spot. If you want to escape to the country for a stroll through the woods or gallop across sprawling fields, head to East Aurora or Newfane. There is shopping everywhere - great unique boutiques with special one-of-a-kind treasures, high-end department stores with all the new stuff, restaurants with five-star offerings from around the world. Buffalo is definitely a world-class destination with hometown charm. Diverse and alive with life and opportunity, this All America City is definitely one to visit if you're looking for a special place.

We visited the Buffalo Zoo, which is the third oldest zoo in the country. It was under renovation but it was nice, small compared to other zoos I've been to. I loved that it was in an old neighborhood and easy to access. Lots of places to shop and great wings, pizza and craft beers. Of course if you are close to Buffalo you have to pop over to Niagara Falls which is always beautiful to see and a short 30 minute drive.

The location was great.
The location was great. Took us no longer than 20+ minutes to get anywhere. Lots of walkable restaurants. However, the beds were not queen size, they were maybe twin or double. Also the pool and hot tub areas were down when we went to use them. I'm not a fan of having to pay $15 a night just to park my car. Shouldn't that be part of the stay? $220 to stay in a room with small beds and no pool/hot tub and then more money to park. Nah, not right. We went to the Bills stadium. Casinos, put put, Niagara falls and wax museum.
The Lenox Hotel was so charming! The entrance was so elegant with matching curved brass handrails and marble floors. I felt like we stepped back in time or were in France. The elevator was original and so cool too. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The location was perfect - not far from downtown. Also, the Lenox Grill was a quaint place to get a bite to eat. Loved it there and will definitely stay again! Thank You Lenox Hotel! 😉
The location is primo, close to my kid's favorite food stop (Buffalo's iconic Anchor Bar). My wife and daughter love the shuttle to nearby shopping and restaurants. I liked the bed and the microwave in the room, which some places are moving away from. My family all agree that we should stay here when we visit Buffalo.
I liked the updated hotel. The room was very clean. At first they put us by a room with a crying kid and loud TV but we asked to move and they put us on the top floor away from everyone and it was very peaceful. Bed is comfortable and friendly people at front desk. Best coffee machine in lobby it makes lattes.
The hotel is right in the middle of the downtown area with great restaurants and bars around. It is also walking distance from KeyBank Arena and Salen Field. if you do not want to walk, the light rail stops at the door step! Staff made my bulldog and I feel as if we were home. Loved it and will return.
I'm usually skeptical when I stay at a hotel I've never been but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was excellent, the room was clean, and having a jacuzzi in the room sent it over the top. We will definitely be staying here for any future concerts we attend in Buffalo.
Everyone enjoyed their stay. The place was exactly as advertised, excellent value and close proximity to downtown. A very easy commute for the Sabres game, House was clean, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would recommend to others, and stay again.
Thank you, Chuck.
The hotel location allowed me to walk to everything I planned on walking to downtown. The bed was comfortable. The Internet worked well. The friendly woman at the reception desk allowed me to check in about 90 minutes early for no extra charge.
Our room was spacious and the hotel was nice and quiet. We especially enjoyed the historical features in the rooms and lobby, such as the end tables and chairs made from aircraft metal, reminding of Buffalo's history of making planes in WWII.
it was a good location, easy to catch the tram everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable for our family. The rate felt a bit high but I don’t really know the going rate for a Buffalo hotel and imagine it’s higher in the summer.
Absolutely everything. Great hotel. Especially liked décor. Rooms are spacious, corridors as well, extremely high ceilings. A lot of history in this place. It was a pleasant surprise. Would recommend, definitely.
Clean hotel close to the airport. Comfortable room and beds. Our room was on 5th floor and very quiet.
Breakfast was reasonable and when you consider the it being 3 star hotel I would rate as extremely good.
It is a well maintained hotel with good sized rooms. The restaurant is up scale, so on the expensive side, but very good. Staff was great. Easy on and off of I-90 to get around Buffalo.
The room had a great lay out. The view of the city was nice, downtown location indeed. Bed was comfortable. The work out room had really great equipment. Breakfast had a lot to offer.
