First Timers with a smile
First time ever staying at a Drury
It is located on the campus of Northern Arizona University. The interior decor is not modern, but it is nice, well-maintained, and clean. The rooms were clean [not just touched up] large and bright. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great! The only issue was the room was hot. I lowered the temperature an even after 5 hrs. I had to crack the outside door for an hour as it was cold [38] outside.
The hotel provides a great (included) breakfast and kick back/ cocktail hour (3 drinks) with food enough to make it your dinner. Quiet area and easy walking to downtown or other areas. Parking is very tight in that area. They have a free parking garage next door with direct walkway access from the second floor [Room Key]
Madi, at the front desk, was helpful and friendly - the entire staff was excellent [Day & Night].
Dan S. - General Manager, was friendly, professional and welcoming. He made us smile a little more @ checkout.
Also Personable - Dan came during the breakfast time and chatted with the guests.
