I liked it and many choices for restaurants. The one I didn't care for was Zoups because my soup ended up being spicy after I had asked about it. So my sister traded her gf soup for mine. We at at Longhorn Steakhouse; Bob Evans and Big Boys (since I hadn't been to one in yrs because the one near me in VA closed a long time ago). Was able to go to a local park - Side Cut Park - and watch the eclipse and loved it and the park and was surprised by how large it really was.

The staff was nice, and that's it I will never stay here again, the room floors are dirty the room and hallways smell really bad, we had to switch rooms from the one that was originally booked because it was dirty and smelled really bad the only thing that looked clean and neat was the beds nothing else had been touched/cleaned in that room the walls are horribly dirty I wouldn't recommend no one to stay here longer than one night.Jezsica LoveUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

I was in the Maumee area for a family related event in downtown Toledo so I was only in the area to attend the event. I've been to the Toledo/Maumee area before so I'm just a bit familiar with the location. Other than attending the event, I'd not go out of my way to to visit however, I am an antiquer & there is a huge antique mall in Maumee that I make a point to visit. Both Toledo & Maumee have some quaint areas & I've located many interesting eateries & small unique restaurants. Driving from Virginia to Wisconsin, this was halfway and we just spent the night. Good place for that. Saw nothing that would make me want to stay more. La Fiesta, the Mexican place down the street was exceptional.
