It’s a beautiful studio right downtown! Very tastefully designed. Just seemed expensive for the off-season but there weren’t many options in town.

It was not disclosed it was off season. No pool or hot tub at the location. Was told everything within the hotel was closed. Had to go to another property to use the facilities. We ended up leaving something in the room and attempted to retrieve it before we left and the hotel could not assist. Told us it was a private rental and they have nothing to do with ANY issues with the room. I tried to contact the owner or rental manager “Tom” several times with no response. Will never book through booking.com again with a private rental! Beware!

It was a beautiful hostel with very nice amenities. Plenty of space to cook and hangout in common area with a fireplace. And the shuttle stop to the mountain was 200m away and comes by every 15 minutes. Extremely convenient location!

Excellent, although there are high speed lifts and slow lifts. Grooming was excellent, plenty of open, fast runs. Scenery was excellent. I did not see a large, open, gathering and cafeteria and picnic area at the base. Great free shuttle transport system.

Mount Crested Butte is where the ski lodges/hotels are, just a few minutes from the town of Crested Butte and there is a free shuttle. Crested Butte is a very cute mountain town. Parking is very limited. Long lines at restaurants, and they close early and are limited in the off-season. Lots of great trails and scenic drives near by.

Traveled to Crested Butte during the end of a ten days Adventure Vacation with my son. We Mountain Biked the Crested Butte Bike Park from first on to last off the lifts -- heads up: the single bike haul is exactly that (one bike, once up the mountain), you have to buy the Adventure Park ticket to haul your bike up the lift more than once in a day. The Grand Lodge was close (short walk) to both the bike rental location and the lifts (Red Lady and Silver Queen). Good food and entertainment near the lifts and the Bike Park was well maintained and marked -- on par with the Trestle Bike Park we frequent since it is closer to home. The Grand Lodge staff were extremely helpful and courteous - expeditious check in and helpful in answering all our questions. Cross ventilation (through open windows) cooled the room down quickly in the summer evenings such that a comforter was needed in the early morning hours. Great location, excellent staff... ...amazing vacation!!

Loved the quirky town of Crested Butte! It has a great relaxed vibe that we really enjoyed. Pizza place in center of town was great! We were there in early autumn so did not experience the winter scene.

Great Mountain resort for people looking for less crowd.
Great Mountain resort for people looking for less crowd. Not as big as Breckenridge or keystone but there are way less people which makes the experience really nice for a weekend. I think just few days is good for experienced skiers. If you are experienced and stay a week you might get bored at the end.

Explore guest reviews of hotels in Mount Crested Butte
The room we ended up with was really large and quite nice. It was fairly quiet. We traveled with our dog so had to be placed in a room that would accommodate pets. Hence there were other dogs that liked to voice their opinions. Not a big deal. I ran a trail run (Cart 2 Cart) in Mount Crested Butte and the location was perfect.
The room was a decent size. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Having two full height closets, one for each person was quite nice. This hotel was perfect for our stay while we attended the Blister Summit 2024. The microwave and full dish set for two was a nice touch.
The location was beautiful. We enjoyed getting out of the heat. We were glad to see that the fast food restaurants have not allowed to operate in Crested Butte Colorado thus allowing independent business owners to prosper.
Hotel rooms are HUGE! Lots of room to spread out, and a closet big enough to act as an extra bedroom in a pinch. We had three rooms between six adults, and they weren't all laid out the same way, but all were quite large!
this hotel is easy to reach, the reception was lovely. they wanted $30 to park in the garage. the room was $237 . that's a lot of money for each of those thinbs
