Location right near the hustle and bustle of North Conway was perfect, the property was clean, staff nice and given the dog friendly nature quiet and surprisingly clean inside and out. Breakfast was slim but had a touch of everything to get your day of adventure started.

Wow... it's a really great hotel. We just booked this hotel for an overnight stay and we were very positively surprised.
The hotel seems quite new, is modern, has friendly and attentive staff, and the room was spotless clean. What makes the difference to other typical chain hotels is that this hotel is located in a very quiet area with no busy streets nearby. The amenities are top notch: the gym is modern and for a hotel well equipped, the outdoor hot tub was great, and the fireplaces are really beautiful. Guests were even provided a S'mores kit for free. Great little add-on.
On top of that, we got the room for a very good fare (though it's just because we stayed during off-season). We liked it that much that we extended stay for another night.

Location to all North Conway offers in dining and shopping. Toilet very low to ground, Used old furniture. My special requests before arriving were confirmed and upon arrival none were available. Special requests were high back chair(s) in room. Close Parking for our handicapped. Close proximity to room from main entrance. Furniture was very low to ground including television and chest of drawers it was on. TV was small. Broken secrity locks on doors of room. Hair in one of the beds. There's no Uber or Lyft service in North Conway, the manager provided the phone for the only taxi service in town. The taxi was taking a long time to arrive and I was going to miss the train to the North Pole (Journey to the North Pole experience), so he offered to take us to the train station. Room was quite large, pillows were comfortable and it was lovely and warm. It had a microwave, fridge and tv. Due to staff shortages there was no housekeeping but there were plenty of towels and if more were needed you just called at reception.
