For the price the rooms were exceptionally small. Also purchased a massage which I thought would be discounted because of the Marriott stay , it was not I ended up paying a total of $380.00 for a 60 minute stress massage plus arnica oil . I have never ever ever paid that amount. Iwas so disappointed. We were booked to go up in January with 3 other couples and after we related the what occurred we all cancelled. Rather go to Las Vegas and have a nicer hotel and golf and spa treatment.

We love the desert.
We love the desert. The restaurants are outstanding and everyone is very kind. And overall streets, sidewalks very clean. No place on earth like the desert. We love to eat at Armando's, The Daily Grill, the Grill in Old Town La Quinta. The Illegals and the homeless that’s for sure

We stayed in Palm Desert because we were going to the Powertrip music festival - which was amazing! We did manage to do the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and also visit the Palm Springs Air Museum - both of which we'd highly recommend visiting. There are lots of restaurants and food chain outlets so more than enough choice to eat out. We liked the California Pizza Kitchen for it's pizzas and reasonable prices. Next time we'd certainly stay longer in the area and see more of the amazing natural sights like the Joshua Tree National Park and also the Salton Sea.

It was the first very hot weekend in June and it might have been too much heat for my grandkids. Thank goodness for the pool and the Aquatic Center. The Living Zoo was an amazing experience, however, it must be seen as soon as it opens.
I will definitely go back to Palm Desert and stay at the Residence Inn, it was a lovely get-a-away from our coastal fog!

Very nice room with super comfortable bed, and a spacious balcony facing the snow-capped mountains. Close to the pool, where the take-out food was good. (It was too cold to swim) I was in Palm Springs for a concert at Acrisure Arena and the drive was very quick. I have stayed in all of the other Marriott Properties in the area over the years and this one was particularly clean, convenient, and the staff was helpful. The only downside-- there wasn't a lot of parking close to my unit but the short walk was fine.

The accommodations you stay in makes the trip even more...
The accommodations you stay in makes the trip even more worthwhile. Palm Desert has everything you need. Manuel was great---answered the phone when I had a question. This place was rated at 3 out of 5 stars. It is easily a 4-5 star place depending on your current style of living--We had a great time-----
We chose this place for some rest and relaxation towards the end of our California road trip and it didn’t disappoint. The house is spacious, nicely furnished and extremely well equipped with everything we needed. The whole gated country club development is peaceful, refined and immaculately maintained with manicured lawns and numerous swimming pools. Good supermarket five minutes drive away for all provisions. Communication from Emily, our contact on site, was excellent and we had a great stay in Palm Desert.

The house was beautiful and set in a gorgeous area. I like that the house was fully equipped and quiet. 2 bedrooms 2 private bathrooms, it's great for a family or 2 couple of friends. There was a small shared swimming pool for 5 or 6 houses and a mini jacuzzi. I think it's great to come for golfing as it's a Country Club, you're already on the spot, but for us it was weird as we just wanted a house located near Joshua Tree park and Palm Springs.
The desk staff was great, check-in was super easy. The location was about a half mile from I-10 and very convenient to Palm Desert and to Palm Springs via city streets. Rooms were quiet and sound insulated except for the adjacent rooms' doors slamming and the occasional rude guests' loud voices in the hall. Many restaurants and other shops were located nearby. Several university campuses were within half a mile.
It is enormously large facility with restaurants, Starbucks, excellent fitness, golf course and a few activities for children. The breakfast buffet was nice enough and room was clean and spacious. The hotel basically offers everything to make stay comfortable and fun. The location is easy access from Palm Desert and many shops are nearby. Our family really enjoyed staying.
We loved this property. Really spacious 2br suite. Very clean rooms. The beds are quite comfortable too. We swam and used jacuzzi. Kids loved the slide in the pool.
The kitchen has everything needed to make a meal for a large family. The best property in Palm Springs area we've been to.
Breakfast was good. Area to have Breakfast was Convenient and Clean. Breakfast hours were very reasonable. Appreciate the variety of items available. Coffee was Flavorful and Hot. Juice was available. …Parking Area was convenient and especially appreciated no charge for parking.
This little hotel is a hidden gem! Though definitely dated, it was nicely renovated, spotless, and very comfy. Our room was huge! Two queen beds, a sofa, a kitchenette, and bathroom. The location was right off the 111 but it was quiet and peaceful. The pool area was gorgeous.
The place was great. Did not see any staff at all during our entire stay, didn't need them either. Wish there was a sofa and chairs in our villa vs just chairs. But over all a great QUIET private place to stay that was cheaper than most hotels in the area for sure!
Rooms were modern and clean. Loved the walk-in shower and the full size DIVE soap, shampoo, body wash, hand soap and lotion dispensers. Breakfast area was clean, food was replenished frequently and tasted good! Theresa at the front desk was excellent at check-in.
Great end to our week long road trip! After hiking and site seeing with kids it was wonderful to just relax by pool all-day . Kids were busy with swimming and kid center. Best resort in palm desert - lots to keep busy on property.
To be honest, I didn’t expect that it is so good:) Nice hotel, large clean rooms. Pool is very clean with a comfortable temperature. Staff is friendly. We are 100% satisfied! And hummingbirds live there:)
Good location..nice very clean room and hotel areas.
Short of staff possibly as young man who checked us in was on his own and it was busy.but he was very helpful.. professional and polite.
