My stay was regrettably too short; I truly wish I could have extended it. Port Elizabeth is vastly underrated, offering an abundance of activities. I yearned for a longer holiday, ideally spanning five days! The city is breathtaking, with its friendly people, pristine cleanliness, and refreshing ambiance.

The area I stayed at in Summerstrand was very beautiful and quiet. It’s clean and close to the beaches. Overall, I found PE to be relatively laid back. A cosy city for a traveller needing some peace and quiet.

Professional yet warm and friendly hosts that made us feel comfortable. The rooms are spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished and the facilities are exactly what we wanted. Much attention to safety and environmental aspects that provide a sense of security and serenity.
Highly recommended and I will definitely be back. Thank you Tommy and Leonie ❤️

Port Elizabeth is a beautiful coastal city with miles of beaches and is true to its nickname the Friendly City. The older parts in Central have stunning views and buildings but unfortunetaly the local government has allowed it to become neglected, uncared for and in some places dangerous. What a pity, as the old centre with its harbour views and gracious historical buildings should be the gem of the city.
That said, there are still other places worth a visit as property owners in the central area really make an effort to keep their properties well maintained and in the spirit of what it used to be.
There are many restaurants and my favourites are the local ones, each with their own vibe and unique menus. I just love Port Elizabeth.

Gqeberha to give its official name is a fairly relaxed place as largish cities go. It has great beaches though you need to be prepared for windy weather that can reduce the fun of being on a beach.
There is a lot of history, with interesting sites to visit. Also some great food options.
It is not the country’s top tourist hot spot but has plenty of attractions that are in any case better enjoyed without a massive crowd.
This was the best stay in Port Elizabeth - very beautiful small hotel, minutes away from the water. Everybody was so welcoming and they offered help for everything. Just an amazing staff in a perfect hotel. They made my stay so comfort
My room was bright and spacious, with a separated seating area and a modern bathroom with a rain shower and free standing tub.
And I must say… the attention to detail of the staff and their kindness were amazing. I didn’t want to leave and I would definitely come again!
Absolutely one of the best places we stayed at during our vacation in SA, everything was just perfect, and with great care and thinking about the guests. The rooms are clean, big, decorated, and inviting, the facilities are charming as the hosts, and breakfast was exactly what was needed to start the morning well. Highly recommended for any stay in Port Elizabeth!
The owners welcomed us with a warm chat and a tour of the surroundings.
The hotels theme is great and well kept-looks brand new!
Food wise- we had one of the best breakfasts- all so fresh and great variety.

Excellent value for money. Wish we could have stayed a bit more.

Our room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable except the pillows. Service was friendly. The view from our room was awesome.

Very nice, clean and comfortable room ideally located in port Elizabeth.
Despite being so close to the airport the place is actually like it's own bubble of peace and quietness!
The room, view and breakfast were good.
Especially thanks for the receptionist who helped me to organize delivery of my forgotten sneakers from the hotel in Plattenberg Bay )
The staff were great and very hospitable , took very good care of us and could not have asked for a better stay.
Certainly one of the best boutique hotels in Port Elizabeth.
Roy is a great host, super friendly and helpful. His place is the coolest, safest, and cleanest place in Port Elizabeth. His dog Pippa also highlights your day ✌️🏻
