The staff are remarkably responsive to every request & the restaurant meals are exceptional. The pool was a welcome respite from the heat & a pleasant way to meet other travelers.

Not glossy but full of original features: tiles, wooden carvings, marble columns, trompe l'oeil. Comfortable and relaxing. The menu was limited to Chettinadu cuisine but the food was excellent and cooked to order. Service was superb and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Specifically I needed to go to a hospital and the manager facilitated my visit. Also, on leaving, I left my shoes and they were couriered to my next hotel overnight. It's a good place to feel relaxed, just reading a book or walking around. The staff is very friendly and kind, always willing to help you. Food was also amazing. I ate breakfast and dinner, and I felt that each dish was highly elaborated.
