Located in a beautiful country side, surrounded by nature is great location to hike or bike. It is close to Castelo de Marvao, Castelo da Vide, Menhir de Meade and other lovely medioeval towns, is a place to relax or work with creative projects. I could stay longer if I had have the time, this place is in my list for my next trip to Portugal.

A very nice and modern house, with high quality furniture and equipment. It is a bit outside of the next village, so perfect, if you want it quite and lonely. Everyday we received fresh bread for breakfast and the fridge was filled up with everything you need.

The house, pool and surrounding art trail were spot on. We also visited a vineyard and the walled city in Marvao and thought those were both great!

We didn't realize just how exotic the town of Marvao was - a very pretty tiny hill-town perched on the top of a rocky outcropping. And this property is actually a small house that works very well if you end up booking both rooms like we did - one upstairs from the main room, which includes a nice livingroom and full kitchen. Highly recomend if you're a family or even a couple that likes to spread out with a bit of space.

Tutto meraviglioso, il proprietario gentilissimo, ci ha fatto sentire a casa sua, stanza accogliente e silenziosa, pulitissima, bagno molto curato, la sala dove si fa colazione è bellissima, con vista mozzafiato. Colazione ottima, sia dolce che salata. La posizione ottima, comoda anche per chi come noi viaggia in bus. Il paesino è un gioiello con un castello da visitare assolutamente!! Ritorneremo!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for enjoying the calm, close to a lot of interesting historical places to visit, and very close to the city of Marvão which is a must to visit. Pets allowed and private parking just perfect.

Absolutely perfect! The house is so beautiful and comfortable! The front of the house is all in glass, with a breathtaking panoramic view! I's so cosy and all the details made us felt so welcomed. Every bedroom had its own bath, the beds were super comfortable. You have stunning views from every room. There was a lot of space. Outside, the house has an amazing private terrace, so comfortable to relax and enjoy the view! The sense of peace we feel there is unique. Irene is an excellent hostess and made us feel so welcome! We loved everything and we want to come back!

The hosts, Sandra and Erick, and all the animals, specially Ben, the cat is very friendly. The pool is amazing, there's a lot of places to be around the pool. The view and the nature surrounding the house. The quiet nights, it's great to sleep and relax. There's a lot of places to go nearby.

Loved this beautiful place. We were interested in going to the small town of Marvao. This was only about 15 minutes away, and we loved being out in the countryside. The check in was easy, the room charming, and the view from the pool amazing. Very casual environment, with her sweet animals wandering about. The breakfast she included was amazing. highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend. Everything is spotlessly clean and the kitchen and bathroom well-equipped! The staff is warm and helpful. There are friendly goats and sheep in paddocks around the property—even the geese were friendly.
