I loved that it was so much fun to be inside the Hotel. Its literally 10m from the beach. There is a waitress called Mirriam, very thoughtful and served us well. The receptionist too, I forgot their names but Mirriam stood out for me.

El trato en este hotel ha sido increiblemente familiar. El dueño Ahmed y su encargada Angelina estaban pendientes de ayudarnos en todo. Te hacen sentir una gran energia de empatia y bondad . La ubicación inmejorable. A pie de las mejores playas y del ambiente del pueblo.. Volveriamos din dudarlo.

Nos sentimos muy a gusto en Zanzibella. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. La piscina es espectacular. Y la ubicación respecto del mar también.

Trato amabilisimo, comida excepcional, todo buenísimo, la playa muy buena, la zona con mucho comercio local donde se puede comprar a buen precio, puede resultar diferente para un occidental, pero la gente del pueblo es buena, eso si, tienes que regatear por todo lo que compres, también se puede cambiar divisas en las casas de cambio en el pueblo con absoluta seguridad y buen precio

Babalao Bungalows tiene piscina al aire libre, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza en Nungwi. Our stay at Babalao was absolutely perfect. This place is clean, comfortable, quiet and above all SUPER RELAXED. It's a small place where staff is genuinely kind and caring without being fake or trying to sell you something, we could tell they like working there. We loved that there were no strict policies. We could have breakfast whenever we wanted (we are not morning people so this is amazing!), go into the pool late at night and they even let us do a late checkout without any charge. They also informed us of local prices for taxi, fruit, etc so we had a better idea of what a fair price is. There's unlimited tea, coffee and water, and they even let you take towels out to the beach. The beach is super close, just around the corner. Beds are comfy, massage is fantastic and there are also board games and books around for entertainment. Also there is a super friendly dog there that is just as chill as the owner - don't worry, she does not jump on you. There is also a sweet cat that loves cuddles but will leave you alone if you don't want to interact. Both of these animals are clearly pets, they don't live on the streets. For us this was a nice bonus as we love animals, but even if you are nervous, don't let this stop you from staying here. Babalao is very suitable for couples and solo travelers, but can also accommodate families - there even was a small birthday party for one of the guests. 😊
