There is no doubt that the proximity to the airport makes the difference. 7 minutes drive. There is a gas station a 4-minute drive away and an excellent restaurant 1.5 km away (Zum Golden). There is a pizzeria 800 meters away. For a night's stay there before or after a flight, it is very convenient. Nothing else is needed. Not for anything else. The breakfast is excellent, it is served from half past six and even earlier, and especially those in a hurry have the option of taking a sandwich. There is plenty of free parking.

Everything exceeded my expectations. I had to leave at 3.30 am to the airport and they prepared "breakfast lunch".
I arrived late at night, just passed the restaurant closing hour, and they were so kind of cooking gluten free for me.

Good location in quiet town not far from Schwechat airport. Train station in walking distance: Vienna downtown is 30min. by train. Clean facilities reasonably well equipped. WIFI works erratically and there is no elevator.

And on the way back I used bus that stops in front of the hotel. Both tickets were 2 euros. Hotel is clean and quiet. I used breakfast, which is continental style, it is paid 10 euros and it was worth it. Host is so kind and caring I really felt welcome.
