Nothing at all. It was dirty and unsafe. The back door of the property was broken and anyone could access the property. Even one of the doors of the room didn’t have a solid lock, the room also felt so unsafe. The bathroom window also felt a bit dodgy and I had to ask my husband to stand with me for protection. We couldn’t even take shower and had to go to gym for basic needs.

Easy to locate key box and excellent location with a wide variety of shops with in a 5 munits walk . Host was very welcoming and friendly, room clean and smelled nice with a very comfortable bed also kitchen and living airea Felicity was clean and could find everything i needed . 10 out of 10 for me will definitely be coming back to stay and will recommend this apartment

I don't know - I arrived at the property, which was located in a dimly lit road. I called the number of the property manager who was due to meet me between 10:00 and 11:00pm, however, they did not pick up or respond to texts or emails. I was unable to gain access to the property, and spent 20 minutes knocking and ringing the bell only to be greeted by another guest who had booked the property for the evening via Airbnb and would not grant me access (it's a 1 BR building). I eventually spoke to a Customer Service Rep at Booking.Com, but spent over an hour standing with all my valuables in an undesirable area, before eventually booking myself in to another property at my own expense (and additional taxi cost). The host eventually sent me an email the next morning, saying that the property wasn't double booked... but I was there, and she wasn't so I'm pretty confident it was. Zero apology, and I am yet to even receive a refund. Really unimpressed.

Stayed at this apartment for 2 nights with my husband and teenage daughter to go to a sporting event at Wembley.we were met by the host who was really friendly and helpful and he kept intouch throughout our journey to make sure our arrival time hadn't changed.We couldn't fault the apartment on anything the facilities were great it was spotlessly clean and a great area for eating out and local to a good shopping area.would definitely stay here again.Highly recommended.
