Very much worst experience in my life. In hotel room no towel, no soap, no water bottle, can provided. Even we booked breakfast which also not provided. Behavior most 3rd class. Bedsheet very much dirty & heavy mosquitos.
Don't book this hotel. Very pathetic experience ever.

Please DO NOT STAY in this property, its probably the worst hotel that I ever stayed in -
-Dirty rooms, with marks all over the floor & walls
- Used bed linens with hair, dirt marks & holes all over which they refuse to change
- Filled with cockroaches all over - in the bathroom, on the bed , under the bed , just everywhere
-The receptionist & the caretaker couldn't care any less about the guests or their requests
In short the worst experience I ever had & I have been travelling quite a lot for over a decade now.

The room was dirty and moldy.
The room was dirty and moldy. The air conditioning worked but was also dirty. There was already a fungus growing underneath it. Open cables can be seen in the bathroom and the power strip is falling off the wall. Breakfast includes 4 slices of toast with butter and coffee or tea. After seeing a cockroach, we left voluntarily.

The photos shown in booking.com did not match with the actual room.
The rooms were very dirty with cockroaches roaming around. The bed was not cleaned since Long. The room reeked of phenyl smell. Bathroom fittings were broken.
The stairways were very dirty with dirty plates strewn around.
With the kind of room, I never felt like ordering anything.
A lot of things needs to be corrected in the hotel.
The only positive was the staff. They were helpful.

Very bad experience!! I booked this hotel for my father and made the payment using the booking.com payment link. As payment proof, I transmitted the bank statement and payment screenshot to the Booking.com messaging system and via email (The same email through which the booking.com sent me the payment link and asked me to communicate via this email). But when my father reached the hotel, the Hotel staff behaved rudely to him and ask to pay again. Although he showed the payment proof but they asked him to call booking.com and sort this out. Now calling booking.com was not an option (As no phone number is there ) so I called the hotel headquarters and they asked me to send the payment proof to a specific hotel email. Now it's not possible for the guest to know to which address the payment proof needs to be sent... In simple words, this group of hotels are not in good tie-up with booking.com or their third-party websites so if you need to stay in these hotels book them locally.
