We stayed in The Bangala and took loads of pictures, next day we stayed in a Heritage grand mansion.
We loved the rooms as size of a Ballroom and the connected rooms for our children.

Service was too good, they are very careful about your food and room and bathroom was clean and didn’t except the way they maintained

The Chettinad Heritage is a lovely, lovely place and I'm very happy to have stayed here.
My room was very, very comfortable & clean, and delightfully painted in Chettinad style.
The property's just outside the main town, and is very quite & peaceful.
The staff are very kind & attentive. One of the staff arranged for a local rickshaw driver, a lovely man, to take me to Athangudi Palace, the temples & rock fort at Thirumayam & also the Sri Solai Aandavar Temple in Pallathur, which made for a great morning.
Also, the simple food is exceptional, possibly the best food I've eaten in South India!
