However, it is also perfect for my stay. The room is incredibly spacious. The bed is comfortable, there's even a sofa and table. The shower is also big, with a Jacuzzi. It took me 10min to cycle from Fukuyama train station, normal travelers should consider local transportation. There's a huge Sports Depo and dining outlets within walking distance. Nevertheless, the hotel also functions as a hotel and anyone can stay. The hotel was in very good condition, the room clean and spacious, and on weekdays a simple breakfast is included and there is a simple drink bar on the 1st floor. The price was very competitive with business hotels closer to the Fukuyama station, and the room is roughly twice the business hotel size and much better appointed.StephenJapan

A nice seasonal touch. The room was large and the hot water shower/soaking tub was wonderful. There were plenty of outlets for all our chargers. The hotel is right across the street from the JR Station which has a substantial food court and shopping options.
