The location was excellent, right next Fukuyama station and thus downtown Fukuyama. Having the Fukuyama Castle park a block away was a nice plus. The hotel and my room were clean; nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness.BBenJapan

Nevertheless, the hotel also functions as a hotel and anyone can stay. The hotel was in very good condition, the room clean and spacious, and on weekdays a simple breakfast is included and there is a simple drink bar on the 1st floor. The price was very competitive with business hotels closer to the Fukuyama station, and the room is roughly twice the business hotel size and much better appointed.

This hotel is centrally located, just a very short walk to Fukuyama Station. The room seemed recently renovated and was comfortable – partnered with the hotel next door, which is where you do the check-in procedure. While we didn't spend much time in Fukuyama, the castle and area around the station was very pleasant. It was nice to have access to the onsen at the hotel next door.EdwardAustralia

There is a mall nearby, a traditional 50s, 60s type shopping quarter too, and Fukuyama Station itself has a lot of stores and restaurants, so you can get anything you need. There is also a full grocery store on the B1 floor a couple of steps from the hotel, and an Animate as well for anyone interested in Japanese manga and gamer culture.
