Location and the accessibility of this hotel was amazing! Right next to Sengakuji station which means you can come straight from Haneda airport super fast and inexpensively and only 5 min walk to JR station to get to any part of Tokyo easily. Eateries around it. And the highlight of my stay at this hotel was to get to use the bath at the top floor. While I stayed and used, ladies bath was never crowded. Fantastic amenity!

It was great for each of us to have our own space at the end of our trip. The room was a perfect size and the bathroom was nice. The amenities of air, tv and fridge were nice pluses. Although further than the areas we wanted to visit, the location was in a nice area and near the trains.

The location was convenient and easy to get to from the train station. The room was very quiet. The bed was quite comfortable - I prefer as soft of a mattress as possible and this was pretty good for a hotel mattress where they’re trying to accommodate as many different guest preferences as possible. I’d the mattress was comparable to nice hotels in the US that you might book for business travel or a family vacation. I don’t speak any Japanese, but didn’t have any issues communicating with staff.
