The automated checkin is missing any staff at reception. The hotel advertises late checkout but there is no one to arrange the late checkout with. It is missing a personal touch, and it would be nice to have some introduction, as the hotel has a little confusing layout.
The breakfast was also subpar in comparison to other hotels. However, still good value for the money.
On another hand, the hotel has a nice view of the sea and sunset.

Hotel was located near the train station. There is a convenience store on the lobby level which is very good if you need a snack. The onsen was spacious and great. The concept is like a airport, so there is self-serviced check-in where you scan your own passport (staff is available if you need help) and even a weighing scale at the lobby (in case you get carried away with shopping at the nearby outlet mall).
