BM is a nice place to visit. Food is good and people are friendly. The main issue is roads are confusing. Parking is a hassle as place is limited. Vehicles are parked randomly, causing inconvenience. There isn't enough information for shopping in BM.There are not enough signboards showing the way to the destination, looked for. Lastly suggestion please keep hotel cigarette smoke-free atmosphere. Thank you

Not sure... because most people I know, they go to BM for visiting St Anne Basilica, it is indeed worth. There's a Historic piece inside the church compound. Good that I walked around it. To be honest, didn't get a proper walkaround in BM, perhaps on next and longer stay. I will go around

It has been more than 20 years since I last visited Bukit Mertajam. It has changed so much for the better. The hawker food is definitely value for money compared to the island and I would say that I would definitely eat more of the famous food like char koay teow, prawn mee, chendol here. However, I must confess that hygiene in some of the hawker stalls needs to be improved. It is very easy to move around in the town.

Infinity pools are great!
Infinity pools are great! Low density of customer, you will have your peace of mind there. A lot of restaurant nearby, very convenient. However, do not expect too much of the reception staff, we didn't get our baby cot and razor until end of our stay. The security guard are nice to help you carry the luggage and stuff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Facilitated with washing machine, microwave and kitchenette. Great view from the room. Great for family stay.

2.The room was spacious, well-decorated, and had a comfortable bed, ensuring a good night’s sleep.”
3.The hotel was immaculately clean, both in the rooms and the common areas.”
4.Overall, my stay at the hotel was outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”
The hotel is very clean, tidy and modern. They also provide an elevator / lift to make it easier for guests to get up to the room. The check-in process is very easy & smooth. They also provide mineral water & basic bathroom facilities in the room. The air conditioner in the room was very cool & we were able to sleep peacefully. Also there is plenty of parking around the hotel.
The Fuhotel was a perfect hotel. It had everything you would need. It truly was the most comfortable and best furnished hotel we had.
But: it is in the middle of nowhere.
There is much fast food around and a wonderful restaurant (Cliff 78), but that’s it. For work purposes you couldn’t choose better, but for tourists it is not the best choice.
The location is convenient to get to the old town of Bukit Mertajam - the parking there is bad anyway. The restaurants and supermarkets are also very near by.
There is a public bus from Penang Sentral which stops a bit away from the property.
The room looks sparse but is very clean and the fittings show good quality.
I love the hotel. It's all smart. Only thing it's a little bit far and tons of jam if heading towards the mainland. But I enjoyed a good night's sleep thanks to it's dark curtains. Lots of eateries and 24/7 outlets too. It's just by the highway.
I love the facilities , affordable with the price , complete facilities , good location to access all tractions spot in Bukit Mertajam , cleanliness of the facilities & very important, the owner are also very helpful and kind..🥰
Room is decent and also the area is quite peaceful with parking easily available outside the hotel. The room is basic but equiped with essential necessities. Hairdryers can be requested too.
- near to KTM Bukit Mertajam
- the staff so friendly
- the price is good for the place to get a rest and quick stay. do not expect more as i think its a good pay
