Everything and everyone (staff) was excellent! I have been in hospital facilities management for 20 years, so I look at details that most people don’t and I was amazed at the excellence! I had interactions with housekeepers, maintenance, and frontline staff; you have an amazing team and facility!

The room was clean, the beds very comfy. Easy to check in and out. Continental breakfast was typical hotel fare, but it was hot and fresh. We had a quiet room, away from the main highway. The hotel, itself, is very accessible from the main highway, close to shopping and a variety of restaurants available. If we didn't carry on to relatives the next day, we would have stayed longer.

Absolutely lovely city.
Absolutely lovely city. By 8:00 a.m. the first morning there, after a UI Hawkeyes game, the whole of Iowa City and Coralville were clean and free from all evidence of the evenings festivities. Spotless!
Without a doubt, the cleanest city I have ever seen in 73 years of traveling the country.
You will quickly become a foodie here! Enjoy…

My main reason for being there was to visit relatives and deliver Christmas gifts. I ate my evening meal at Monica's because they have a separate gluten free menu, and the food is great. I had no trouble getting around the streets. It is close to Interstate 80. You can sleep in late because most businesses I was interested in visiting did not open till 10 AM.

Someone should have told us that the hotel was on a railroad track and train whistles would blast at us. Staff should have moved those loud kids and family to a ground floor room. However, the saving grace would be the nice breakfast they put out. And the coffee was fantastic.

Was expecting to pay cash upon on arrival like there page stated that was a lie then worker wasn't willing to try to help in any way so we could stayed tonight [Sunday] so we had to head back home after being unable to get another motel very disappointed plus being lied to not being allowed to check into the room until after 5 pm when the room we reserved day clerk unfriendly not helpful didn't care that we had to leave when we wanted another night
I don't usually leave reviews because I think most mid price hotels are very similar. But I was really impressed with this property! Staff was very lind at check in and imagine my surprise that our stay included a snack/dinner and drinks. This was perfect as I'd just completed a five hour drive with my two year old and we didn't need to go anywhere else. The popcorn was a nice touch, too! Rooms and building were very clean. We drive semi-regularly from Kansas City to WI and I would choose this property again and again!
The so call,"breakfast" was horrible, the eggs, from a carton, tasteless, the bread, the lowest quality, the coffee" awful,I spend a lot of time on the road, stay in hotels all the time, and I was so desapointed with the breakfast,as well as with the receptionist,I got there, they never smile,I tried to start a conversation, the young guy,was very cold, while the girl, was checking the Facebook,I think, customers are more important than Facebook
Great location in small community of shops, restaurants, hairdressers, coffee shops etc. We had to find a hotel at short notice to extend our original stay as our daughter had an accident. Ryan, Michelle and Née on the front desk were very kind and professional. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It is a lovely hotel with great staff.
Did not eat breakfast, no coffee available in the lobby, had to go to the hotel attached to the Radisson for coffee. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast was not visible when my husband went over to ask about the coffee. Lots of parking. Dinner in the restaurant was good. Bed was comfortable.
Location was perfect, near shopping and restaurants and right off I-80. We also enjoyed the walking path and scenic nature areas right behind the hotel. We also fished in the pond and caught carp with corn. We got an updated room, and it was wonderful.
The hotel was very clean and accommodating. Their breakfast was awesome too! Much more this hotel than we expected. It was also quiet even though there were several things going on in the area so had a lot of people staying there.
I appreciate the hotel let us park our car early for the Iowa-Nebraska football game to avoid parking closer to the stadium. The elevator was broke when we arrived, but it was repaired the next day. I would stay again.
We needed pet rooms and had no idea the hotel had certain rooms reserved for that. We also needed 1 handicap accessible room but the staff did their best to juggle things to make it work for us.
Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy TV would not get reception at all so we watched a blacks screen most of the time. Other then that very satisfied with my room.
Beds were comfortable. Was easy to find. The front desk girl was more than accommodating, helpful, and pleasant. Breakfast was good, pretty much like breakfast at most hotels these days.
The location was good with plenty of nearby restaurants.
The staff was great and very helpful.
Parking was easy and nearby, though not connected to the hotel.
