“I travel quite often for work and for me the most important thing is a clean room with a comfortable bed. This room was one of the best I have ever been. Very clean, the mattress and the pillow were surprisingly comfy and it was located at the main square of Rijssen with the train station as well as restaurants and cafes in short walking distance. Free coffee and tea were available at the room and the free parking spot was just opposite to the property. I would recommend Stadshotel to anyone who is travelling to this part of the Netherlands.”

“The place was very lovely! Great place for our dog too. All the furniture was of good quality, big TV screen and good stereo system. The terrace was extremely nice and had the best view and the best placement of all the houses. Sweet host, was giving us a bottle of wine upon arriving :)”

“We were greeted with tea and a very friendly host family. The area was beautiful and peaceful with a nice garden to sit in. The apartment was completely separate with only one door between us and the main house, and with its own full bathroom and kitchen, it felt very private and complete, rather than 'a room' in someone else's house. The hosts were very accommodating and the breakfast was large with a variety of foods. I highly recommend De Vennesik!”
