“Easy to find, close to nature, Drenste Aa national Park just around the corner. Staying in this B&B is ideal for us, no hassle in checking in, relatively a small establishment with wonderful garden and landscape, you'll see few free range chickens, attended directly by the host/owner, who served great breakfast, fresh bread, croissant, fruit and tomatoes, basil, coffe or tea to start our daily journey. Bikes to borrow for free came handy. A little kitchen to prepare our own tea at the end of the day was much appreciated. Even with the rainy days we enjoyed our 5 days tremendously, combining walking, biking, and driving around, finding few historic Hunebedes close by. Zuidlaren, 2 km away is a touristic place with plenty of dining options. Anke was kind and friendly throughout our visits, making sure we were comfortable and gave us much privacy. We met other guests in the breakfast room, all friendly people shared little stories of their lives.”
