“I booked thru Booking.com and as what I understood that I made a booking good for 2 persons with a queen bed and when I checked in the Receptionist that it was a double bed. One of their staff who is in charge of Housekeeping Mr. Emman Alarba made an effort to check other rooms whose guests are friends and can have double bed for them and gave us a queen bed. This is a very good effort on his part to use his initiative and common sense to make our stay hassle free and pleasant.”
