“Luan is the most amazing, carrying host. Helped us with everything since we first contacted him from the bus from Sapa. He guided us how to get to the lake independently and talked with locals at 4am! And when we got to the hotel he offered us early check in without any extra charge. He was super helpful with choosing the right tour for us and found a driver for us quickly. The best host you can ask for and in good prices as well! Thanks Luan we will come back!”
