The place is so clean and neat and the mattress is so comfortable! The area is very safe and close to Palermo which we enjoyed spending time. The host Marcelo and his wife are both very nice and accommodating, they waited for us to check in past midnight, Marcelo gave us some restaurant recommendation in the area. We are so grateful for their time and warmness! We had no issues at all, I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Acevedo 716 - Apart Hotel - New opening provides a sauna, as well as air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi in Buenos Aires, 1.2 km from Plaza Serrano Square. The accommodation features a sauna.... fantastic location close to good restaurants and bars, it was clean and comfortable, easy access, checking in and out was unproblematic 10/10 would recommend.
