He will go out of his way for you and cares about you and your stay beyond just the money...I asked for a heater and he gave me a complimentary room upgrade! Very happy with a bigger room with a Tv...heater and a small fridge...Other guests were a lovely friendly mix of locals...families of Alfred Hospital patients and overseas travellers...Location near CBD...St Kilda...Prahan and Fawkner Park is a delight...24 hour servo with late night Hungry Jacks across the road...Trams and buses right outside...Very comfy but firm mattresses...Plenty of crockery in the kitchen...found a coffee cup no problem and op shop just up the road...
