The staff is very friendly and supportive, the rooms are clean, breakfast is delicious with lots of variety. Hoghly recommended.

The great thing is that it is a new hotel, everything is up to date, beds are so comfortable not too soft and not too hard, it gives you perfect rest. You have access to metro which is just 10 min walk and bus stops are just 5 minutes walk and it connects you with all must visit places. Not far from hotel there are Flame Towers, Highland park, Chemberekend park which you can’t find among recommended places to visit( we found it just when we had walk from Nizami street). Great supermarket near hotel, Pharmacy and exchange is there as well. Amazing reception, they allow us to pay next day as we arrived on Sunday and exchange was closed. Anything you need you can ask them for assistance.

Featuring 4-star accommodation, Pilot Baku hotel is located in Baku, 300 metres from Fountains Square and 2 km from Baku Railway Station. Everything was sparkling clean - the sheets and the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. There was a kettle and plenty of coffee and tea and two small bottles of water daily.Room is quite new and clean.

Very good location in the city centre. If you traveling with family choose this hotel. Two amazing hotel one very friendly owner he try to help you about everything. I indeed appreciate Mr. Ali's efforts, he was quick at check-in and Check-out he was very courteous and helpful. In fact, due his service i referred 2 friends to the hotel.
