From the reception to maintenance, they were all amazing and this made our stay extra comfortable. Also, highly appreciated that the hotel is NOT guest friendly, this gave us extra peace of mind as a family. Thank you!

We liked everything, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. All the staff were vert attentive and polite in everything. The location is perfect and you can move aroung easily.

This hotel is like a dream. Everything is super perfect, starting from the staff, facilities, city view, swimming pool and location.

Location is in a really quiet residential neighbourhood but close walking distance to restaurants/bars, despite the quiet streets, felt very safe to walk out and about. Also close walking distance to Poblado Metro station. The staff are so friendly and helpful! The hotel and the room so well presented and comfortable - best pressure shower that we've had in a long time! Breakfast was really good too.

A fabulous hotel in the best part of El Poblado. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants and malls, as well as to the popular area around El Poblado Park. Views from our room were spectacular! We watched the fog lift over the hills around Medellin in the morning and the twinkling lights at night. Best of all are the staff: John and Alvaro, who alternated as concierges, Alejandra on the desk, Jaison on night duty -- we could ask them for anything and they would arrange it. The suites are large and comfortable with a kitchenette, perfect for long stays, and the breakfasts were amazing. Kudos to all!

The Four Points Sheraton Medellin is located in the heart of the Poblado commercial and financial district, downtown Medellin. Great new room with wonderful view over town. Very attentive and friendly staff. And: it was quiet, so we slept very good. Small pool to relax and direct access to a wonderful shopping mall. Would totally stay here again.

Located in El Poblado, this hotel is 3 km from Medellin’s Olaya Herrera Airport. It has a terrace as well as self-catering accommodation. Free Wi-Fi and free private parking are available. The room was great. The rooftop restaurant/bar was really nice. The staff was really helpful to organize for us day trips.
