It was our first accommodation on Cape Verde and even though it was a bit pricey compared to other options, I am happy we chose it for starters for the least possible cultural shock :) It is very modern, clean, organised with the most amazing breakfast buffet full of local and traditional goods. The choice of fresh juices was insane and i was falling asleep looking forward to the breakfast. And the coffee was very good too. The owner came to speak with us during our breakfast and explained us about the dishes we were having, which was a nice touch. The AC in the room was very helpful for transitioning into tropical climate and the thick curtains made it possible to sleep off the jet leg a bit longer in the morning. The staff spoke english and was very helpful with everything we needed like car hire.

Vivi Hotel offers accommodation in Praia. There is a games room on site and guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Every room at this motel is air conditioned and features a flat-screen TV. Had issues on arrival and the staff were able to make sure I was safe and secure until I was up to speed. Awesome staff and genuine people.

Good water pressure and hot water for a short shower. Bedrooms are large and have AC. The host was very responsive and fixed the small issues we had, shorty after we contacted him. Would not hesitate to book again.

Especially, the support and service of Neves was quite nice. The apartment is the most well equipped, we have been ever to. Here, you get a completely kitchen with all basic spices and stuff like at home. We can really recommend the apartment! PS: If you travel from the airport, take the opportunity to get to the apartment with Neves. Less stress and easier to find :)
