I gave this 10/10 just for the Manager with glasses he helped with an issue with bed so he changed my room, and for the lady in the Breakfast area she is amazing and friendly, but the guy in the reception refused to help me and asked me to pay for the changing room and that was on my first day of arrival !!! Very bad customer service from him it was on the 14/9 at night i think you should gave him some training course with customer service or let him work in the gas station next to the hotel.

Hotelul Globus este situat la 600 de metri de staţia de metrou Roztyly, la marginea unui parc din cartierul Horní Roztyly din Praga. Piaţa Wenceslas se află la 8 km de hotel. Outstandingly good location, beautiful view to the Prague from the upper floors, very pleasant design of the area around the hotel, and very nice interior. Good service beginning with reception, restaurant, ending with the cleaning staff. Fresh air. We slept like babies. The bathtub in our room was a luxury plus. Good food. We had a great time there. O zona linistita ,perfecta pentru odihna de după alergători prin toată Praga. La 200 m de locație exista autobuz și metrou care merge prin toată Praga. Personalul de nota 10. Am vărsat cafea în pat,din greseala și mi-au înlocuit imediat lenjeria fără a plăti un cost suplimentar. Parcare gratuita in curtea locației sau pe strada. ( exista sistem de supraveghere video) As reveni cu placere și recomand tuturor

The flat is amazing, it had everything one could possibly desire and it is located right next to a metro station. Great if you want to have some privacy, while still enjoying the vibrant city of Prague. There is a tesco close buy and a mall complex one metro station away. The bed is very comfortable and possibly the best I've ever slept on!
