Yet it is very quiet with no outside traffic noise.Lutz was always available for anything we needed. The open plan large living room with the open kitchen is great for spending time together in the evenings. We will return for sure.

Great apartment design with plenty of space to entertain. Host was excellent with communication, no problems encountered on arrival or throughout stay. Perfect location only a short tram ride into the city centre, tram stop less than a 4 minute walk away. Bedrooms both had plenty of space and very comfortable. Bathroom was large with enormous shower space.

The simple decor exuded a cozy charm, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout. From the well-appointed kitchen to the serene bedrooms, every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Despite its central location, the property was remarkably quiet, allowing for peaceful relaxation after busy days. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning in the future. We very much enjoyed the stay in this modern tastefully decorated and equipped apartment combining raw materials (bare steel staircase and timber) and standard modern housing. Even various small details made our stay comfortable and feeling like at home (dish washer capsules in stock, HDMI cable for attaching the laptop to the TV available etc.). The apartment is quiet, placed in a yard, though located in a quite busy suburban area. On street parking a few corners away was not a problem. Tram stop nearby - just a short walk to the nearest crossroad with a comfortable 15-minute public transport trip to the city center. Will be happy to come back again.

Nice and new appartment with good connection to the city centre. Window to the backyard so it is not noisy. Suitable if you want to explore Berlin for a few days. Close to public transport.

Berlin is a large city. In that scale this apartment is not far from the city centre. It is about 8 stops away from Alexanderplatz and yet located very conveniently near the grocery stores and tram stations. Very close to the Berlin planetarium and so we walked back after a late evening show. Berlin has excellent public transport and this apartment is suited well for people ( like us ) who arrive without a car. Apartment is quite tastefully done. One bedroom at the top one in the bottom. The sofa bed is big enough to sleep two adults maintaining good personal space. The kitchen is well equipped. I wouldn't aim at making grand dinner in there but a decent breakfast n meals are doable. The microwave oven was on top of the fridge, in the same cabinet. So everytime we had to use the oven the fridge was to be kept open. Made us all laugh each time but not a botheration really. The host was very helpful and promptly respond all our queries.
