Only 600 metres from the Opera House, Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino offers rooms with private balconies overlooking the banks of the River Nile. Excellent help from staff, especially Nada (receptio ), but Hindi (houskeeping) was outstanding; we had an issue with the shower, she was right onto it, Excellent service.

Hotel is very beautiful, client is the king. Staff very polite and helpful, especially Yusser from the pool bar was very nice. Large rooms, pool, small Spa everything was perfect.
