Quiet place, close to the beach, spacious and well equipped. Had AC in each room. A few minutes walk from grocery stores and restaurants.

The owner Francesc displayed exceptional hospitality and flexibility, making our stay at the property truly fantastic. The location was excellent, and everything was thoroughly enjoyable.

The location is perfect, close to the beach and also the city center. There is a supermarket just over the street and several restaurants around.

31TILB1041 Magnific Apartment in Villa Olímpica is set in the Sant Martí district of Barcelona, 1 km from Mar Bella Beach, 1.1 km from Port Olimpic and 2.2 km from Santa Maria del Mar. Staff were always helpful and quick to reply to my questions. Staff met us at the apartment, got us checked in early (as our flight landed early morning), showed us around and left a welcome pack. Lovely staff, great service. Beach was a few minutes walk. We could view the sea from the apartment living room. Supermarket, cafes, restaurants within 5 minute walk. Metro about 10 minute walk. Apartment was in great location and quiet

L'Alcam Vila Olímpica es troba a 200 m de la platja de sorra de Nova Icària de Barcelona i ofereix un apartament amb aire condicionat i balcó amb vistes al mar. Hi ha WiFi gratuïta. Apartment is great and well equipped for a larger family or group. Comfortable and well located with many amenities and the beach close by.
