I can’t say enough great things! The room was perfect. Especially in the summer. We had been traveling the east side of France. We needed rest! The AC, the fan they provide-I was so happy. The bed, the pillows-pure comfort. The shower was life changing and exactly what you need after walking around all day. The little signs were cute and funny. The TV had sound. The refrigerator actually worked and kept my water cold! Was stocked with some great refreshments for purchase. The furnishings were beautiful. The location was right near markets, historical sites,restaurants and shopping. The staff was very accommodating when we were thinking of extending our time. Just absolutely perfect and wish we had stayed longer. I have never felt this rested after a long trip! Thank you from this weary, heat-exhausted traveler.

Located in the Old Town in central Lyon, Collège Hôtel has an original school-theme décor. There is a drinking water fountain provided on the ground floor. Free WiFi access is provided. good breakfast. no drink water problem. helpfull staff, clean. selling bus, metro tickets, called cab for us, notredamme view room.

Staff was kind and so helpful in making reservations and suggestions on things to do. The room was great - but if you go, request a city view room! We were disappointed by our view - and privacy thereof.

Precisely renovated in 2023, the Academy offers travelers who stay there a unique hotel experience at the heart of the History of Knowledge. Location was excellent. Family room was spacious, clean & comfortable. We would stay again!

Le Phénix Hôtel is located in the old town of Lyon and offers air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi. It is 100 metres from the nearest bus stop that leads to the city centre. Fabulous location, friendly helpful staff, lovely breakfast and great room with river view (well worth the upgrade). We had a really great time here.
