Near downtown but not that into it. So sleeping time was peaceful. It is a real safe area and a great lodge Besides the breakfast is big and delicious!!!

Only a few minutes’ walk from the SEC campus, the 4-star Crowne Plaza Glasgow overlooks the River Clyde. It has a leisure club with a pool and spa, as well as a maritime-inspired restaurant and bar. The breakfast was very complete, the facilities were top.

Set on the banks of the River Clyde, Hilton Garden Inn offers rooms with views and free WiFi access. rooms had everything you would want. Breakfast was substantial and staff (who were excellent) allowed you to eat leisurely The midday checkout meant you could take your time.

Overlooking the River Kelvin, Ambassador Hotel is located in the heart of Glasgow's West End and offers rooms with free WiFi access and on-site parking facilities free of charge. The hotel is in the West End, near to the botanical garden and the University which was perfect for us. We could park our car for free behind the hotel. The room was very clean and quite big. Also the breakfast was very nice. The stuff was always friendly.
