The hotel is impeccably clean and the staff is very professional. From the minute we walked in we felt very welcome. Dipanjan at the front desk was not only one of the friendliest receptionists I've personally encountered but also very helpful in recommending good restaurants / cuisine. The hotel is located 2 minutes away from the Towerhill underground station and 5 minutes away from Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. There's also a hop on/off London tour bus stop across the street which is very convenient. Already looking forward to our return to London!

citizenM Tower of London, Tower Hill Metro İstasyonu’nun hemen üzerinde yer almaktadır. Everything. However, I particularly loved how helpful the staff was and also that my room was very cozy and comfortable.
