In an elegant Victorian building, Brook Green Hotel is a traditional pub offering free Wi-Fi, real ales and home-cooked food. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the O2 Shepherds Bush Empire. The room was very cosy, the bed very comfortable and I loved the design of the room. The staff was very helpfull and the coffee in the pub is very tasty. I would really happily reccomend this place to anyone who doesnt have mobility restrictions, as the room was under the roof.

Heeton concept hotel- Luma Hammersmith is an urban boutique hotel perched in the heart of West London’s thriving Hammersmith neighbourhood. Everything was clean and perfect, and the staff specially Tatiana the receptionist was so sweet and helpful. Close to the train station and restaurants.

A major airline lost my luggage. The staff I had contact with on the desk were exceptional, A young lady (French I think, and a young man possibly Hispanic. Both were very considerate and helpful, so a big thank you to both of them for their great service.
